I recommend that this hospital change the automatic doors that are next to the receptionist to be changed so that they do not hit customers like myself because I did not notice a "blue line" and I was chastised and insulted. I would recommend that the receptionist and staff working from 2:30 to 5:30 pm this afternoon change their evil ways and accusations to me to a policeman, making up a BOLDFACE lie to try to get me in trouble with the law with NO basis and that they GANGED up on me, a perfect stranger in front of the officer without prior talking to me, and accused me of saying something that I DID NOT SAY. I was shook up, and assisting a friend taking a hysterical daughter into the hospital. My anxiety took over initially with the receptionist and I only was expressing concern for action for the daughter. That got me in trouble needlessly AFTER the fact when an officer appeared. This was unnecessary and I was offended. I feel the receptionist and nursing staff were completely out of line and UNPROFESSIONAL in their handling of ME and the situation. I resent this contact completely and I do not mind bashing this hospital for the rude treatment and unjust accusation that one of the nurses made toward me, via a Martinsville policeman, and I want all of them reprimended for their behavior toward me.
