I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service provided by Palmer Surveying. On January 8, we contacted them to obtain an estimate for an Elevation Certificate, and they replied that they would get back to us. Despite waiting for a week and attempting to reach them by phone unsuccessfully, we decided to move forward with another provider who completed the task in just four days.
Surprisingly, after over two weeks, we received a call from Palmer Surveying, informing us that the Elevation Certificate would be completed the next day. When I expressed that we had not received the cost for the service, let alone approval of the service, the representative mentioned that she would call me back. Regrettably, I did not receive the promised call. Instead, I received an email notifying me that my credit card had been charged.
This lack of communication and transparency has been highly frustrating. It appears that there may be a misalignment with the moral compass at Palmer Surveying. I strongly advise potential clients to consider alternative surveying services to avoid similar experiences.
