May 14 2018 I had a massive roof leak and Lenny from ASAP24/7 water damage and restoration was there at 2:00 pm with equipment to dry out my house. They were most professional and extremely efficient. They cleaned up extremely well and I would not know I even had a problem after they finished. I would highly recommend them. Just want to thank you so much for your help with a small smoke fire from my microwave. There was a horrible smoke smell I couldn't get rid of and I used vinegar in the microwave to help the smoke smell which also which made it worse!! I know this was a small job for you but you came the same day, hooked up an air scrubber for over night use and then a circulator. The smell was gone by the next day! I truly appreciate your quick and professional service. I highly recommend you to all my friends and neighbors!!

I cannot tell you how very pleased I was with Lenny and the service he provided me, within an hour of the phone call. My condo was flooded from a neighbors broken pipe. Lenny and John cleaned up the mess, dried out the flooring, carpeting, removed the destroyed furniture, and replaced the tack strip and padding. I was so frustrated and within a few days, the condo was back in shape.Lenny is my hero for being kind, courteous, and professional. I have already told my neighbors about ASAP is they need professional, prompt service in an emergency situation to call Lenny.
