This firm is key if you are looking for gross mis-representation of a property's value, unqualified and unilateral legal interpretation, and no follow through to meet a committed deadline.
I have been waiting to close on a home for 2-months, living in temporary lodging, all due to the severe shortage of appraisers in the NH lakes region. Due to this firm, I have lost my intended home with no alternative during the holidays amid a raging pandemic.
If you are looking for an appraiser to think outside the box and fully interpret a home's total value outside its 4-walls do not even waste your time.

I just want to warn everyone if you have them for a appraiser to not say anything to them, Let them do there job, If you talk to them it will be held against you.
I was refinancing my house to get a new furnace and roof. He made it so i had to get a new heating system before i can get the loan.the deck had a issue with it looking like ready to fall, so he made me get a contractor into support it better, (after he came back he asked where is the permit? in NH you don't need a permit to fix things)The contractor signed a paper saying it safe after i paid him to shore it up. There were other issues. After paying them $500.00 then another $150.00 to come back he wanted to come back again. He was telling me what is going to happen in the future,bottom line is the bank would not give me a loan.
