My Fiance and I are in the process of purchasing a home. After seeing some concerns from our inspection report, it was recommended that we have a contractor come check it out before signing the contract. After finding raving reviews online about Josh and his team, I decided to give them a call. Josh was extremely easy to reach and came out within a few hours notice. He was very knowledgeable and provided us and the seller with a great deal of information; more than enough to put us at ease with purchasing the home. We recommend Josh to anyone and look forward to working with him in the future.
