alan is alittle pricey,,, he charged me 235 dollars for parts,,i went to home depot and matched up the items ,, the list is alittle vague ,, i'd say he spend 80 dollars,,,labor charges seem alittle out of line for a " handyman " as well ,,, 650 dollars for maybe 8 hours on the job,, thats 80 bucks an hours,, when i questioned him on the total bill of 885 dollars he told me this was still less that a commercial plumber would charge,,i called george brazil today ,, i spoke with josh ,,josh is a residential repair supervisor,,, 350 to 500 was his estimate ,, thats a total price,, completion time would be 2 hours,,and they do not charge for solder ,, alan charged 20 dollars for " sweating supplies "
