We lease and manage single family homes for absentee owners. We also list and sell properties. Our approach to management is a hands on approach. We stay in contact with owners and tenants by email and by telephone. Our new bookkeeping system will allow owners and tenants to check their accounts 24/7. We have a crew to take care of repairs and back up contractors to help with make readies or any repair overloads, such as air conditioning. My staff and I enjoy what we do and endeavor to take good care of your property. We even schedule inspections on Saturdays per area so that we can keep up with any unreported repairs or tenant violations. Each month you will receive a report of your account.
