Holt Cat Corpus Christi field service team has things together and compared to other dealers, they do very well. The team out of Corpus Christi recently had to come out to replace a damaged throttle cable on my Cat D5G tractor and they did a good job.

Good Communication from the Holt Cat Shop in Corpus Christi
I buy parts for my Cat 320DL Excavator and other equipment at the Holt Cat Parts Store in Corpus Christi, because they are very easy to communicate with and they can get parts from other stores if it happens that the part is not in stock at that store.

Believe it or not...Our generators are used by a traveling carnival show. I am very pleased with HOLT CAT Corpus Christi's level of service I get, that level of service is not available anywhere else we have tried. Well worth the little extra they charge.
