This business used our agency to provide sign language interpretation services over two years ago. You guys ran up a $1,300 bill with us, and kept putting off payment. You began to ignore our phone calls. We finally had to get a lawyer to write you a letter and you sent us $300. We had to pay our interpreter who did the work $1,000.00 out of our own pocket and you never reimbursed us. You would not even answer our phone calls. I find this despicable and will be warning every Sign Language Interpretation Agency I know of to not do business with you. I have already warned one big agency and steered them away from you. I am just wondering if you are ever going to make this right with us. I don't know how you can stay in business if you keep stealing from people like that.
