HOLT CAT Tyler Field Service Technician rates an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10 I used the Holt Cat Tyler Field Services Shop to do a 250-Hr Preventive Maintenance service and repair the air conditioner on my Cat 279C Multi-Terrain Loader and Dan, the technician was excellent. I would rate him an ELEVEN on a 1 to 10 rating. He was GREAT!

I never had any problem with Holt cat Tyler. They get my parts for our CAT 972G Wheel Loader the next day.

We used the Holt Cat Tyler to switch out the engine in our Cat D5K tractor, because I liked the quality of their service and the overall quality of Cat equipment.

I feel comfortable recommending the Holt Cat Machine Service Shop in Tyler after they repaired the swing cylinder and lift kick out control on our Cat 416E backhoe loader. I was formerly a John Deere customer, but I feel that Caterpillar has a better machine overall.
