I do not recommend but couldn't find this as an option! While I had hoped to be able to post what quality work No Excuses did, I am afraid I have to post that a simple job they said would take a week, has turned into a more than 4 month job with them rarely showing up when promised and not completing the job nor returning the money as promised. Communication is horrible and frustrating and sucks up all of your time trying to reach them or get a response. Unfortunately I have to say this as much as I want to write about the quality of what they did complete before disappearing with our money. Very sad.

The kept their promises! Yes, some things were beyond their control, but they kept their word.Quality of work, quality and professionalism of workers, communication, maintaining time schedule. This is the BIGGEST reason I would work with them again and recommend them to anyone. Their integrity was unquestionable.

Just Awful No Excuses Construction is the worst construction company I have ever worked with. They do poor work, their owners and management are very bad at communicating and promise things they cannot produce, they hire unqualified trades and take forever to finish a job (hispanics from gas stations around Charlotte). My project actually never was finished! I would recommend never hiring this company for any work. I would give them zero stars if it was an option. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE - their address (401 Hawthorne Ln #110, Charlotte, NC) is phony - a UPS address, but they're not even registered there !!!
