Helping people in my community stay healthy and fit at any age. I teach Tai Chi and Cardio Kickboxing and own Amador County's Online Health Food Store I teach Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Cardio Kickboxing classes in Amador County to help people in my community stay fit and active regardless of their age. I offer private lessons as well as scheduled classes to help accommodate those with a busy schedule.
