I had two little maltese rescues, one of whom was badly traumatized. when u tried to pet her, her fear caused her to crouch. laura was working with my other little one and during one of her visits, worked with my little angel PrePre who suffers from ptsd and was severely mistreated and beaten. although not working with Pre, laura got down on my floor and used all her knowledge, patience, love, expertise and within minutes you could see a bond forming. what i witnessed that day was an angel (laura) helping my little angel who had been unjustly punished. i recommend Laura to anyone not only for her cleaning up service, but more so for her training and socializing of animals. i have never in all my life witnessed such devotion and patience as i did from Laura to Pre. if you love your animal and she or he has issues, Laura is your answer.
