Fitness & Wellness company Welcome to 'Training By Jen'- I'm Jen Ostergren, and I live in Springfield, Missouri. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, and I do most of my classes and training in Springfield at Elite Athletics Gym. I love fitness, and my goal is to help you reach your goals and get in great shape! We have a lot of fun in our group fitness classes, and every class is set up where people of all fitness levels can attend. All exercises can be modified, and I encourage you to do your best in each session! I also offer personal training for those that are looking for a one-on-one setting or that need a little more encouragement. Currently I am offering Corporate Wellness Fitness programs that can be set up to accommodate your business and employees. Healthy employees are happy employees!
