Can you give no Stars! HORRIBLE!!! You call for supplies and nothing 3 weeks later nothing.Last night my moms oxygen machine broke. it does not pump any air and a red diamond light is on. I called "the 24 hour support line 3 times it was a messaging center, 13 1/2 hrs later still no return call. I stated that the portable machine at 6 liters has a MX code and my mom is only getting 89% oxygen. Guess this is ok with the company since NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK... HORRIBLE SERVICE locked into a 5 year contract and when this is over I'm RUNNING
