I was a complete mess when our computer went down, but you helped us by explaining what was wrong and getting us back on track within a day...our computer was in very bad condition. A Class Computers has been very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. I feel comfortable with all of their staff, from the owner to the technicians. I think they are trying hard to make this company a success and properly serve the customer. It's not brain surgery nor rocket science . . . and I think they have competent people. They backed up my data and didn't lose any of the data. They also made right a previous set back . . . which was not a big problem at all. They tried to return my computer in a very timely manner, turn out, I would have waited for the correct operating system. Next time I had a virus they took the time to load the XP Pro and didn't even charge me. I did not complain, but they just went out of their way . . . because, Microsoft 'Word' runs more completely on XP Pro so they put the XP Pro back in . . . as I said I was not complaining but they did it anyway. Won't find a better group of tech computer repair people anywhere. Friendly, knowledgeable and over the top service! Prices reasonable and I felt like my service tech I talked to understood exactly what I need to repair my computer and did what they said they would do with out any extra "hidden" charges.
