I was told my pool would be done within 6 weeks (please get it put in writing from your pool builder) promise promise!! Knowing it was not going to be finished in that time frame. I don't like to be lied too. If I looked at his Dex reviews I would have never signed a contract with them. I agree with all 4 reviews because it happened to me. They also push travertine and give you a low grade and say your getting premium.my pool deck on two sides was 4 inch off sq and the other side 2 1/4 inch and was told you cant deal with that!!! I just had someocome out and the footer on two sides is out of line for the screen they would have to make new footers to hold the cage or the screws will only be in the travitine it burns me that I had to pay a extra $5500 for a kitchen wall that's crooked and extra concrete they put in not square I still don't have the remote for the lights for the pool. I would highly not recommend this company the pool was completed over 20 weeks from start date. highly disappointed.totally unacceptable update 04/11/18 last storm pool started to overflow found the overflow was capped off vent was duct taped. I hope this nightmare ends. everyday I find something else out and I hear from the owner in writing that I'm very unhappy person are you kidding me! To all of you that gave 5 stars I'm glad that he did a great job for you and you did not have to go thru what I did!! I guess slusser pools learned a lesson from my trustworthy review. All I wished was to have the same experience but I didn't what I got was a uncompleted crooked pool and a electrain that did not finish the job Feb 13th sold my home nightmare ended
