No! My experience with Shawn Green was awful and very upsetting, at my time of loss. I spent over an hour, on the phone with her, 7/25/13.My flowers WERE NOT delivered SAME DAY, as my receipt and your web site advertises. I have complained to the Prattville Flower Shop, The Prattville Memorial Gardens and Chapel, and to EVERYONE I can think of, from my hometown, of PRATTVILLE ALABAMA. We will pay the Prattville Flower Shop.They did our wedding flowers, 30 years ago. It is NOT their fault that your company, THE SYMPATHY STORE, misrepresented how great your service is..."SAME DAY DELIVERY, FROM A LOCAL FLORIST," when I ordered in plenty of time. The Prattville Florist had the flowers made and ready for delivery, Wednesday afternoon, 7/24/13, as my printed rreceipt stated. I would NOT recommend you to anyone. I will see if you post this. Not all testimonials are positive.
