3/27/2012 Bonnie has been involved with our 8 year old autistic child for over a year in delivering speech therapy services. Her expertise in assistive technology, among many other expertise, has offered him multiple opportunities to learn how to use augmentative communication devices both at home and at school. Always extremely prepared, she keeps our son on task even when he is having trouble focusing on the tasks presented. Her patience and dedication are a tremendous benefit to our son's team. I can not say enough good things about Mrs. Kramer and CTS. My child's speech has improved so much and even though he has his sessions an hour before school starts he is always ready and doesn't put up a fight because Mrs. Kramer is so good with him. He really tries hard and she always tells him how proud she is of him and his effort. I truly believe you couldn't do better for your child than to have him or her see Bonnie Kramer.

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Bonnie Kramer, who recently provided speech services for my 11-year-old daughter. Ms. Kramer consistently demonstrated the compassion necessary for both correcting speech issues and for relating to both me and my daughter on a personal level.
