Your company here in Charlotte forged my name for authorization to debit my account for payments. I never agreed to this and said I wanted to pay cash only never giving authorization for these transactions. So, we have a problem

Unfortunaltely, this is a corporation who hides the name of their president and CEO. Customer Service is one of the owrst I have ever expericnced. I called and they refused to provide me with the name of the President and/or CEO so that I could send a letter. The girl that answered left me on hold several times reporting what her surpervisor told her rather than connecting me to the person. The company if you look it up on the comptrollers site is foreign based and hides its owners in other corporations. If they have to hide it says something about how bad the company is and do not want any feedback on how poorley managed their fitness centers are.
