Do not use this company. Luis Ortega quoted me a price of an $7 sprinkler head --my cost was $35. I needed several. I googled the sprinkler head he recommended and he confirmed the part and the price that he paid for it. I am not opposed to a markup but this was over the top. I agreed to one sprinkler head b/c it was obviously broken and there was a need for immediate repair b/c of the volume of water being used and he was readily available. The others sprinkler head replacements were placed on hold and I am happy I did. Another company did the job and the sprinkler heads were at cost. This was a lesson learned. As a consumer, it is very difficult to find honest companies who pride themselves on their integrity (fair pricing and good customer service). Use a reputable company even if you have to pay a little more. My problem was not the service charge but the cost of his markup for parts, the tactics used to persuade me to make immediate changes to the existing system and his demeanor when his recommendation/quote was not accepted. Ridiculous!!!! Beware of the fast talker whose goal is to persuade you on the spot. I WOULD NOT recommend Luis Ortega or his company, Blue Raining Irrigation System.
