I took my sons car to this garage back at the end of april 2013. after car was there for a day I called and sked them to not start work for a week, as I was just in an accident and needed to get it resolved first, I called back not even 4 days later informed britney to go ahead with work on car we discussed, she replied ok. I called back in the second week in may to check on status nothing had been done on the car, and then I was told they wanted money up front. I asked a few garages in area if this was normal practice I was told by every one do not pay for any work up front you always pay after to make sure you get what your paying for, well third week in may still no work so 500 dollars is given to them to start work still days go by before anythng is done to the car. My son graduated this ear and I was assure I waould have the car by his graduation date, well that didnt happen either, I spen 430.00 dollars out of pocket to rent him a car to go to beach for a week for graduation week. he loses a job due to he has o transportation to and from work, finally get the car July the 3rd, go to pick th ecar up it will not start they jump it off, didnt get out of the parking lot with the car the check engine light comes on, I turn around take it back they hook up the obd 2 scanner 4 codes in the engine I ask why wasnt the addressed response was I dont know. took the car had it aprox 24 mins it broke down back to the sho, got it back about hour later had it about and hour dow
