This place is a joke!!!! Brandi Dawson isn't even a real doctor she can only reccomend things for you so dont get tricked into paying for a cash visit cause you will be very disappointed....

have been going to this place 4 a year and got back sugrey done then lost ins. this place don"t care about there patients once u r messed up even worse when i started going there!!! they want there money and give u stuff u allergy to then got people in there working that have no business in there or the lic. to be working in there!!!!

She gets mad and then won't release your medical records which is in violation of Federal law. After 30 days, every day after 30 is another single count of violation of the law. You can got to the Federal Dept. of Health under HIPPA laws and file a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights.

First of all I have been treated like a dog by Brandi Dawson. She is a very vindictive person. She accepted me as a worker's comp patient but will now bill comp and makes me pay 350.00 to get my prescriptions. They have screwed up my appointment follow ups to where I have to go without pain medications which has caused me detriment. Today I had an appointment even though I was in the er yesterday and am suffering from double pneumonia with vomiting and diarrhea. I was late because of the aforementioned and tried to call and as usual...no answer. My husband went to check me in as I am weak and can't sit up. He came walking out with one of her patients. He told my husband that he called and would be late and they said just come on after work. She refused to see me even in my condition and rescheduled me to go back tomorrow????? Why me and not the other guy???? This place is unprofessional and in receipt of tax dollars, so there is a 1-800 number you can call on the Tennessee Comptrollers website. I have called it and I am also filing a complaint with the medical board through the Tennessee Dept. of Health and through the doctor she writes under. I deserve more compassion than this....I have also spoken with my doctor who is a very credible neurosurgeon about this treatment as he referred me to her.

Absolutely true! I paid cash as well to go see this person. To make a VERY LONG and STRANGE story short (I wish I was allowed enough characters to tell you just how weird the entire encounter with her was), she prescribed me a medication that a regular MD will prescribe, and one that I had taken many times that just didn't work for me. I told her this, and I asked her if there was another medication similar to it that she could prescribe that I might get better results from, and the woman went off! She told me that nobody was going to come to her office and try to tell her how to do her job! I was so dumbstruck by her behavior that I didn't know what to say for several moments! She told me to get out of her office and wouldn't even let me have my prescription back! She proceeded to tell one of her assistants to see me out of the building! I paid $150,00 dollars for nothing other than to see a woman go berserk! This woman seriously is nuts!
