A Jet Stream representative (Payton) assured me before contract signing that the software would work for my Emergency Services Division to write scopes as well as my other divisions. This software has never worked. We have spoken with Payton, even walked through an estimate that was supposed to populate with his software on the phone , which is duly noted in our account as well as emails, to try and get the software to work to no avail. Payton has ADMITTED that the software DOES NOTE WORK for what we need it to, thus voiding the contract and the sales pitchy guarantee. Payton refuses to do anything about this software that does not work for our company. What kind of service is this? You admit it doesn't work and refuse to do anything about it. We have asked on countless times for the contract to be cancelled due to the product not working and the guarantee that we received that it would work for my construction company which is owned by me, a Disabled Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. The automatic payment that comes out of my account every month is $158.00 which began in September 2012 and totals an amount of requested refund of $1422.00 We have been in touch with them. worked through issues with them. Tried to make Jet Stream work countless times to no avail. We wanted it to work.
