I will start by saying this is a Warning NOT a recommendation! This company sent a driver to pick up my 17 yr old niece to take her to a day program 3 towns away, the driver had put New York in his GPS he was told by her the hospital and her guardian that he was going the wrong way and to turn around he refused then refused to talk to any one else he went off the highway and through downtown boston to confuse her so she couldnt tell us where she was. she plead to him to just let her out he refused yelled and put the child locks on so she could not get out at this point we all thought she was being kidnapped! It wasnt until we contacted the police and they called her to talk to him that he finally pulled over she was still trapped in the car until police arrived and let her out she has been traumatized by this and the police also let the driver go saying he was just stupid in my eyes he was not when ur told you are going the wrong way by 3 people 100 times then u turn around but he didnt. he had her 40 miles from home with his GPS now saying onterio Canada! Never use this Company for transport!!!!
