When I first started at Intense Physique, I was a dress size 14 (at only 5’1”) and lacking any type of confidence. I couldn't even get myself to the gym because I had no idea what I was doing and always thought I was being judged. I would be lying if I said I was confident that going to a personal trainer would work for me, but I became desperate to try to lose weight, especially for my upcoming wedding. When I discussed my concerns and goals with Angel, his positivity, encouragement and enthusiasm quickly made me feel comfortable to the point where I forgot all my insecurities while training. Angel is knowledgeable and creative. He takes the time to build personalized workouts based on my specific goals and lifestyle,which keeps workouts not only challenging, but interesting and enjoyable. Working out went from something I completely dreaded to something I looked forward to every day. Ever since I've been training, I have noticed changes both on the outside and on the inside. I now feel stronger, look better, have more confidence and more energy. Today, thanks to the support of the Intense Physique team, I am now down to a dress size 6! I think this is one of the best investments you can make for yourself – it has been for me – and I would recommend training at Intense Physique to anyone, at any age and at any fitness level.
