My first Dachshund was a red long hair purchased for my sons. I fell in love from the moment she arrived. After researching for many years, I found Jean Jasinsky and her dachshunds. I had the pleasure of meeting her at a show, and at the time, she showed a son of CH Gold Sovereign who is now CH Cedarhurst Sunset. I was hooked. It would be referred to as "Jean's line" and shortly after, "Cream" from that day forward for the rest of my life! I was blessed to get my youngest son Brandon's first show boy from a woman in upper Michigan. It took us 8 hours to travel to get "Pete" who carried Cedarhurst Breeding.
