What Mr lennon above forgets to mention is that he the job was complete after I personally dug two trenches by hand that took almost three days because of the existing driveway that was there of ten to twelve inches of asphalt gravel ect he also changed the job numbers times job was complete we had to drop asphalt in and on the way back from purchasing hot mix with equipment on trailer two tires were blown out on the road Mr lennon was informed what was going on and told we would fix tires and lay asphalt the next morning with would of taken a couple of hours he became irate and kicked us off his property so we could not finish job then preceded on trying to keep our equipment where we had to call the police payment that was giving was on services rendered what whe did dug two trenches by hand installed conduit piping layer gravel that's was purchased and graded and piped property for hot asphalt with was all that had to be done job was completed except for asphalt being dropped due to a problem with equipment he was notified and told we would fix and be there first thing in morning to complete job as I said he kicked us off of property and would not let us complete job his fault by all means not anyone else's we can not control what falls in roads and gives us flat tires we tried to resolve this issue and he was not compliant now he slanders us on social media like a little kid he will hire you and complain so he dosent have to pay for jobs and get them for free true story

I had to hire another contractor and Frank will not return my deposit. He lied to my landscaper and other contractor as well and never showed up with the equipment to do the job. I would be very cautious about using this company unless you want to lose your deposit. Response to Sean Fitgerald's Posting- You know as well as I do that the job wasn't close to done. The contract says you would cut and remove the asphalt to install a conduit. Frank said it would only take a couple of hours. It's not my fault you used a pick and shovel and it took you two days. That was all you did. Your company stood around all day on several occasions waiting for the Paving truck that never showed up on several occasions. I told Frank on Saturday if the job wasn't complete Monday he can give me my deposit back. Monday frank called you guys and told you to leave he wouldn't even call me back and when he did he told me he never got asphalt, nothing about tires. Lies lies and more lies is all I got from you guys. I hired another company that did the entire job in half a day with 2 people. October 2015- Finally got my money back from Frank after over a year. I beat him in court 4 times and finally in front of a judge so he had to pay. He lied about everything. I would never ever use this company. They took THOUSANDS of dollars to do a HORRIBLE JOB! Had a big parking area and a small driveway done. It's been only a year and it's falling apart after never even meeting the dimensions I PAID FOR. The pitch is wrong, the size is wrong, it's not thick enough (every car left for more than 3 days sinks in and leaves tread marks), it's NOT FLAT since there's so many puddles every time it rains and they never even matched it up to the street (has a big dirt area between the street and the parking lot) This guy is nothing but a BS talker and had no idea how to pave anything even though all he talks about is how long he's been doing this. I need to put thousands more into this job that should have been done right the first time... Absolutely not worth the frustration.
