Trying to work with DTLA Print was a trainwreck. I contacted them over two weeks ago, and heard back immediately on a small run of t-shirts that I wanted to do for a business event. I had all the materials ready for them, including a vector-based logo that had been broken down into individual layers for all the different colors to make it easy to set up the screens. I wanted to know about pricing for a couple different options, and received quick quotes from Michael. Everything seemed great, so I gave the thumbs up to crank out the Ts. After a day of waiting to hear back, I called and let a message for Michael. Then, after another day of hearing nothing, I wrote another e-mail. Then after, 3 days of hearing nothing, I left another message. The next day Michael e-mailed me to let me know he had been busy with Passover, but would gladly do a rush on the order to get it out the shirts out in time. I called back and said that that was fine by me, I just wanted a final quote specifying everything that was to be done so we could move ahead with all paperwork in place. That was the last I heard from him. I really didn't appreciate being made to feel like my small business wasn't important enough to pay attention to. Michael was a nice guy, but man, does the way he does business suck. Just a head's up to anyone looking to get some T-shirts printed: skip this place and find somewhere else.
