This place is terrible. Do I recommend it, absolutely not. As a former tenant as of last year, this place is hell. The building manager and his goon(a man named country), are completely unlrofessional. There are no mailboxes, so instead you are awoken by a greasy man who delivers your mail and lectures you on getting a mailbox. In addition, I lived here for 2 years and the rent went from 1850 to 2550...in one year. For this price, I looked I to it, I could rent a house and pay for utilities for CHEAPER. This place scams and rapes college student of every penny they possess. No joke, I was forced to eat cereal and dried milk for 2 months because the skeezy building owner Sahni threatened me with eviction and taking me to court when I was late on rent a couple of days. All I can say is, if you want a miserable and stressful place to live with TERRIBLE management, horrible prices, fear of being sued...please rent from Sahni at Brodaks. I hope, that you read this Sahni...you made my life a depressing hell. I regret renting from you.
