I called up Appliance Care Plus and talked to Jeff about a problem I was having with my dryer. My dryer wasn't heating up as much as it used to. I had previously talked to two other repair places describing the problem and none of them gave me any idea why it could be a problem other then a kinked outlet hose. This wasn't the problem as I had of course checked it. Jeff came out and in a very short while figured out what the problem was. He fixed it quite quickly and now my dryer dries like a champ.
