My wife and I hired Bathroom Express Inc to redo a small guest bathroom June 2014. We had a signed contract, put half the money down, and the job was supposed to be completed within two weeks. It is now October 23rd, 2014, but the job still has yet to be completed.
We've paid extra money, and paid the general and electrical contractors directly, but we still get the run-around.
We still only have half a bathroom, and when I called this evening to find out where the rest of our products were, and when they'd be finished, I was screamed at by the owner of the company.
I would not recommend this company to anybody, and do not believe they should be allowed to continue doing business.
