We are the leading providers of consulting, FDIC Loss Share Agreement Management, Compliance, Training, and Staffing services to the banking community
We exist to serve the banking community. In 2010, a group of career bankers, government auditors, and mortgage veterans collaborated to respond to the financial industry crises. The purpose of our union was to become part of the cure to rising delinquencies and increasing losses in residential, commercial, and consumer portfolios within community banks, contributing to their inevitable bank failure.
