They are quick, efficient and take good care of your stuff: They were so polite about it, completely understood that the situation was beyond my control, and never gave me so much as a frown. everything was moved in under three hours, which was the time frame estimated. These guys were beyond amazing. I can't praise them enough.

I have owed these guys a review for some time as they moved us in Oct. 2011. They are awesome! Frankly, they went above and beyond what they had to do because my husband and I underestimated the number of boxes we had by about a third. When they saw this, they called around to find one more guy to help with the move (on a Sunday) into our actual apt. as they first moved us out of our storage space in Brooklyn. I wouldn't have been happy, but I wouldn't have blamed them for saying that it was more than they could physically do and either walk away or take a really long time for only the two of them to do it and charge us more. They did neither of those things and only charged us extra when the extra man showed up. Needless to say we tipped them handsomely. They were fast, efficient, unfailingly polite and good-humored even though they carried some extremely heavy boxes (books and worse, my husband's 1,000+ records) up to a fifth-floor walk-up. I cannot praise them enough and I only hope that their backs are not completely broken after moving so many people because they really do work hard and are incredibly honest. They are the fourth set of movers that I have had in NYC in less than 3 years and they are by far the BEST. I only hope that they are still in business when I move again because I really do not want to use anyone else. Thank you Shawn, Mike, and Frank!!
