One of their pressure cookers exploded, doing thousands in damage to my kitchen. They tried to settle out of court if I didn't say anything. I refused and am in current litigation with them. I'm a engineer and the safety systems of these units are not up to par. On the unit I had both fail safes failed to relieve the pressure and it was able to build until it detonated on my stove. It would have killed anyone close. Luckily, my fiance was on the other side of the refrigerator and escaped unharmed. I was not home at the time. Absolutely unforgivable oversights and an even worse company. They asked I send them the pressure cooker for eval, then they claim its nowhere to be found. Luckily, I expected this and took a lot of pictures and had several of my engineer friends do a professional eval on it and write their opinions in an affidavit. Buy a Presto or something that cannot fail. These units are deadly.

I had issues with their pressure canner. I spent almost $100 and the canner had a hard time getting to pressure and now the bottom is warped and unusable. I believe I should get my money back because I followed all the directions. Not a good product

Your company has provided me with poor customer service. My mother died a year ago and I just inherited her 1995 WearEver pressure cooker last week. I emailed your customer service dept this past friday, requesting them to send me a manual for this cooker since I have never used a pressure cooker before and don't want to injure myself or anyone else. I gave them the model number, the quart size, the date, ALL of which is imprinted on the bottom of the pot, itself. TWICE the same customer service rep emailed me the wrong manual. The first manual she sent was dated June 04. In that email she wrote that if mine was an earlier model, that the information in that manual might not be correct. (Did she not know 1995 is earlier than 2004?) The second manual she sent was for 5/2005. She also emailed me again today saying that the first manual was the correct one for my MIRRO pressure cooker. I just emailed her back letting her know I don't own a Mirro, I own a WEAREVER brand cooker and have asked her to have her supervisor contact me within 24 hours. If I have to buy a pressure cooker in order to have a manual which I can refer to, I will NOT be buying one from your company. If I can't find a manual for mine on ebay or etsy, I will purchase a new pressure cooker from one of your competitors. I will make certain that the company I buy from is neither a subsidiary nor a "mother" company of yours.
