We are a group of 6 doulas supporting families in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas through education, advocating for moms, and supporting families in their birth choices in all birth settings. Because it is about choice and knowing your options! We support moms, dads and partners in any variety...unconditionally. We offer HypnoBirthing Childbirth Classes (a complete childbirth education class) teaching families how to have a more comfortable birth experience through relaxation, self-hypnosis, working with the breath, fear release. Breastfeeding classes and Post-partum doulas services also available.
