From the initial contact with the office, I was given a same day appt. and the plumber, Albert, was even able to show up early. Albert knew exactly what he was doing and never gave up until all drains were cleaned. and working. He had an excellent demeanor and work ethic. I would recommend using this company if you have a problem and give Albert an A+ for his work. Nice and easy going guy. Also, let me say that the woman who answered the phone at the office was pleasant and extremely helpful and was able to get a plumber out right away. Thanks to her (I didn't get her name) and Albert, a very bad situation was taken care of in a pleasant manner. Thank you and Happy Holidays. James Wilbourn and his cousin, Sandi Masse of Chino, CA
