I cannot thank Sam and the entire Ultimate Gathering team. I had a 75 person, rustic wedding and needed a coordinator to handle all for the details I planned for the day over a 7 month engagement. She went far beyond that! She was on time, communicative, and did not show me all the hiccups that occurred that day- keeping a positive attitude the entire time. She went far beyond what was expected- brought items that helped keep my guests comfortable, improvised a cake table when we needed a smaller table, changed our family-style serving to buffet style seamlessly, and corralling guests while keeping on the timeline! I could not have had such a smooth, stress-free day without her incredible work the day of the wedding. Peace of mind is invaluable and she gave me that on the wedding day. Thank you Sam!
