I did not receive an experience as below, but then again these experiences were in April, 2012. My experience was in April, 2015 they were disorganized and would say anything to get your business. I would stay away from Stonebridge. They are nothing but lairs and con-artist. They promise you credits and do not deliver. They lie to you about where the credit is going to be used such as for a payment that does not exist. In my case, I would close in April and the credit would be used for May payment. When I asked about the May payment they could not produce the amount nor which bank would receive, sounds a bit fishy to me. I also tried to visit them at their office on their letter head, but they do not occupy an office in that business complex. Maybe the address here is correct, but this address is not on their company letter head or the one giving to the company that prepared the HUD or their answering service. I will stop by one day to find out if this is there correct address. I spoke with just about everyone at that office until they just decided to cancel on me. I think it was because, I would not fall victim to their lies. I believe the below comments are writing by them.
