Peter Armbrust only completed a third of the work he was hired to do and stalled. He was never capable of performing the work because he had hip replacement surgery and falsified the estimate with labor hours for 2 men but doesn't have any employees. He tricked us into putting in a french drain that wasn't needed then tried to get us to do additional work that he was specifically hired to do. Peter pitched us an unrealistic estimate and repair plan for a pool that possibly isn't repairable. The quality of the work he did do to the one side of the pool has been called into question by a separate contractor and 2 swimming pool companies.
