Thanks to you all my SQL data is recovered and back in our system. We knew the day would come. We just thought we could handle it. It turns out that we weren’t able to recover it. When we called you all the data was recovered and our company was back in business in no time. I wish there was a way we could just have you on call all of the time. I know the day will come again. We can’t afford a full time person for that role. So you all will be called if it happens again. You did an awesome job. Secure Data Recovery Services is the GREATEST! I just love my iPhone 4 and would be lost without it. I do not know how it happened, but my phone was having so many issues. Every day it seemed like something new was happening to it and I could not figure out why. Apps wouldn’t open, sound would come in and out and music was vanishing and so on. Secure Data Recovery Services did a Mac data recovery on my Apple computer and did a fabulous job! I dropped it and when I tried to turn it on, the computer did nothing. I could have cried. One of the janitors in the building left his water bottle on the RAID server. It was over 90 degrees out all weekend and the condensation from the water bottle dripped inside the RAID server. On Monday I noticed it was not working and smelled burnt and saw the sweating water bottle. The server would not boot so we called Secure Data Recovery Services to perform a RAID data recovery. They replaced the drives that were damaged and re-imaged all the data onto new hard drives. It took them just 5 hours to accomplish this and we have terabytes on the RAID server. I needed a USB & digital media recovery company to fix my broken USB on my desktop. No one admits it, but one of my twin boys inserted part of their peanut butter and jelly sandwich into the CD player, USB’s and media slots. Every hole on the machine had remnants of it! We used to keep our tape backup system on top of a bookcase and an employee fooling around knocked it over and it crashed to the floor. The machine now wasn’t working and the tape inside would not come out. Secure Data Recovery Services took the device to their facility. They did a Tape Data Recovery and located all of our data and instructed us about options on a new machine. We took their advice and bought a better quality backup system. It no longer is on top of a bookcase, but in a safe place away from employees! The cost was cheap enough and their unmistakable knowledge was inspiring. Thank you.

My Outlook wouldn’t open at all for me to get my email. Then all of my files wouldn’t open either! My computer was giving me grief left and right for over an hour so I rebooted it. I thought that would help, but then it got worse. I got onto the internet and downloaded some freeware hoping it would fix the problem. It didn’t do much of anything. I was very frustrated at this point. I looked in the phone book to see who to call. I called three places before I came across Secure Data Recovery Services. They said they did a “File / E-Mail Data Recovery” and found everything and removed the three Trojan viruses. All three came from emails I had received.
