Roy's experience includes: - Advising on, negotiating, and preparing commercial agreements, including for development, financing, investment, acquisition, employment, licensing, re-selling, and services agreements. - Advising on issues relating to marketing, including concerning trademark and trade-dress. - Advising on and managing intellectual property issues, including the registration and maintenance of trademarks. - Advising on, negotiating, and managing outside counsel with regard to patent litigation matters.
