They quoted me $420.00 for my 64g wi-fi mini, which I sent to them the same day. By the time they got back to me, they changed the offer to $200.00. I asked them to send my device back, but their purchasing department refused to do so. The lady in their purchasing dept started giving me lame excuses that my device’s condition is not good and it has scratches on the screen, but my phone was working perfectly fine when I sent it to them! It certainly did not have any scratches then! After a really long discussion, they offered me $50 more and I accepted their offer. They have zero etiquettes when it comes to trading devices.

This business is a COMPLETE FRAUD. It's nothing short of theft and they need to be reported to the federal authorities for prosecution. I have already reported them to Federal Fraud department (StopFraud.gov - Report Fraud). I am sad that I trusted them and they stole my really nice iphone that I could have sold on ebay myself. ROBBERS!

Do you hate money? Do you want to just give away your used device(s)? Do you like being on hold for hours at a time? Ecyclebest is the place for you!!!! They'll give you a high quote online and then send you a 10th of that quote and will just send you the payment, they will NOT let you know before hand and when you try and call to get your device back? Prepare to be on hold for hours, waiting and waiting for "purchasing" to pick up. Any way, if you want good money for your used device, just use craigslist, gazelle or swappa. Don't believe me? Search ecylebest or cash4laptops at BBB.com. They have over a 1000 complaints in the past 3 years. Sad.

I and my girlfriend were at a party of my best friends' birthday. There, one guy from guests introduced all of us about this company for getting good cash in less time. He did the marketing of the company in such an impressive manner that we all got mad of hearing this great offer that this company is providing. The next day after the birthday party, I and my girlfriend​ sold our old iPhones in $270 but that was not the cash we got, we only got $145. I hate this company since then and that is the reason I am writing this review to help others to stay away from this company.

My sister was got conned by Ecycle-Best as she is very innocent and she did not know about the bad reputation of this company. She had one spare laptop and she wanted to sell that one. After selling and sending the laptop to Ecycle-Best, she did not receive any money to her account till one month. Then, she called customer services and reported the complaint but no re​sponse from company side. Finally, she insulted her management through call and she only could be able to get $70 for laptop. She told me the whole story and now I am sharing with all of you to get a lesson from it and do not compromise on your electronic assets by this company.

My uncle was deceived by this company Ecycle Best. My uncle is in the business of import export of refurbished laptops. So, he decided to sell 20 pieces of used laptops to this company Ecycle Best and expected to get reasonable cash in return. He was quoted to get $2700 for 20 pieces, but he only received the check of $1300.He is really unhappy as he badly compromised on the price and the bait and switch behavior of this company.

Great deception, so please stay away from this manipulative company Ecycle best. I have been through a lot and I regretted a lot to have come across to this fake company who manipulated me, created bait and switch scenario and finally give me few bucks to keep quite. But I will not be silent and share my story with the whole world on different platforms, so others may benefit from my experience.

My mother-in-law sold her one laptop and two iphones to this company Ecycle best and she has not received her payment till now. It has been 3 weeks gone and now she is feeling very worried as there is no tracking system of the shipping and from the company ecycle best. Their customer services are just saying that you will receive payment after one week to your PayPal account. I have Google about this company and find very bad stuff about Ecycle best company especially about the delayed and low payments of company Ecycle Best.​

I am writing this review to raise my voice about the deceptiveness of this company Ecycle best. This company will never pay you the quoted amount as they will first check the condition of the iPhone, you shipped them. Then they re-estimate the quote and mostly they reduced the price to half and then making excuses that your iPhone is not in better condition. All lame excuses they will tell you, so it's better not to contact this third class company for selling out your iPhones.

I am a married person and somehow my wife got to know about this company Ecycle-Best. She told me to available this amazing chance of selling three of our outmoded laptops that were not in use with us. She was really excited at that day as she saw the good quotes of laptops on Ecycle-Best official website. She forced me to make a call to this company and ask for the complete procedure. I called Ecycle-Best Company and I showed my interest to their customer services for selling of my three laptops. They guided me to ship the laptops in shipping box free of cost and sent to us and then they transferred the estimated cost through PayPal or Check. We instantly packed our laptops and sent them to Ecycle-Best Company. We called them again after one day for the box receiving confirmation and they confirmed us that they got three laptops. They gave us a time of one week to wait for the payment. After one week, we checked our PayPal, but no cash received. I called them again, but no one received my call. I tried again after one day but no response. My wife and I got worried. Suddenly we got call on the same day from their customer services, they told us that laptops are not working properly and we could only pay $260 for three laptops instead of $500, I said that could you please return the laptops as we are not interested in this low price. They just dropped the call and sent us $260 through PayPal. We both felt very bad and decided not to sell anything to this company again.
