TZWS helps businesses in averting fines levied by the government for any non-compliance issues regarding the city approved Universal Recycling Ordinance. We guide companies in building long-term, sustainable business practices and promote the visibility and reputation of companies daring to "Go Zero". Currently, commercial buildings totaling 100,000 square feet or larger and apartments/condos with 75 units or more are affected. Later this year, we will see all commercial businesses between 75,000 and 99,999 square feet and apartments/condos with 50 units or more must comply.
