I could not believe how nice Ashley with Geiko Auto Carriers was! After trying to deal with two other car shipping companies who did not return calls or acknowledges emails, it was so comforting to deal with Ashley. He was super polite, extremely caring and positively got the job done. We had a carrier within 3 days and everything happened so smoothly. No problems whatsoever. Ashley answered any and all questions I asked and was very patient since this was our first time shipping a vehicle. Even when Ashley was on her day off, we were given a contact number for him which was amazing. We could not have been more pleased and will definitely use Geiko Auto Carriers again and hopefully Ashley again if we ever need to transport another vehicle! Imperial transport My experience with Geiko Auto Carriers was exceptional/ I have called this car shipping comapny on two other car moves. I called them back because they were efficient, courteous, and extremely professional. We had a problem with the actual auto carrier and the seller not being able to schedule a pick up, but Geiko Auto Carreirs worked it out smooth as silk. I was not all that happy with the actual vehicle moving driver. The car had a transmission fluid leak and while I was trying to see if it came from the transport I couldn't get him to say much more than he didn't do it. I wasn't trying to blame him, I was just trying to find out what the problem was. I would NOT want the auto transport driver again.

Ashley was very courteous and gave me all information I needed within the first call. I had a list of questions, but she was able to answer them when she was explaining the service since this was my first time using a car carrier. Also Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. was the cheapest out of all other car carrier companies I called except for 1. One other company was $40 cheaper, but didn't sound as professional as Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. and had a longer time to receive my vehicle. I would definitely work with Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. again.

On a trip to visit grandchildren in Milwaukee, my trusty VW Golf broke down in Hammond Indiana. AAA took it to a shop in Merrivill who advised serious repair needed, which would take a week. As this was not a solution I could live with, I called my friend Kent Bain at Auto Restorations in Stratford, CT. who moves clients' show cars around the US. Kent suggested a number of transporters. After seceral unsatisfactoy calls - too high bids - I called Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc.. A pleasant and helpful tresponse from Rebecca. She informed me about the process of putting my trip out for bids. She then referred me to Ashley who followed up and we settled on a carrier. After several discussions about final price, during which both Rebecca ans Ashley were involved, we finally agreed. My car was at last delivered to Westport today, Thursday the 16th. In an obviously stressful situation , the Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. ladies were helpful and courteous at all times.They surely made the best out of what for me was an unpleasant and unexpectedly costly situation. They both have my thanks. I would certainly recommend Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. to anyone needing to transport a car, in any circumstance.

I received prompt service and was contacted within a few minutes of requesting a quote. When my primary contact was not available, I still received great service from other staff. They contacted me the day of pick up to provide me an update on when I should expect the driver. I did not receive updates during transport which would have been nice. Delivery was one day past the estimated date.

I had an excellent experience with Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc.. I worked with Ashley McClain and Jody Heagy and they both made themselves available for any questions or concerns I had. I was shipping my vehicle from Ohio to California, so it was a long trip. Pick up in Ohio was prompt and convenient. The driver was very courteous and friendly. Delivery was one day after the expected arrival date, but they let me know ahead of time, so I didn't consider that a late delivery. Receiving my car in California was convenient and again the driver was courteous and helpful. My car is white, so you could certainly tell it had been on a long journey, but once I washed it, it looked just like it did when it left Ohio! I would definitely recommend Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. services. If I ever need to transport a car again, I will certainly go directly to them to have it done.

Tiffany was very helpful & informative from the first time I spoke with her, and she is the reason I picked Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. over other brokers. She understood I had a horrible experience 2 yrs ago with shipping the Wrangler from DE to WA and she assured me that Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. would not use the same trucking company which is located in Spokane. Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc.'s quote was fair, and Tiffany assured me that Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. would do everything possible to find a carrier that could accommodate the timeframe we had to work with. She was a professional and understood & made note of my concerns of the difficulty of dealing with guesstimated dates/times to ship a vehicle. Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. is fortunate to have Tiffany represent them. I can comfortably state I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to others looking to ship a vehicle from one coast to the other.

I have to say that I received excellent customer service from Jody H during the entire transit process. It was difficult for me to schedule the pickup since I was in Colorado and the vehicle was in Florida and the contact in Florida that was to release the vehicle to the driver was 40 miles away. Rebecca had such wonderful communication with us, we were able to schedule a time to meet the truck and get the Jeep shipped. Thank you!

Called and was able to arrange next day pick up of shipment that was ready to go. Picked up on a Wednesday afternoon in Michigan and delivered by the next Tuesday afternoon in California. Contracted driver called ahead and arrived as he said he would and was EXTREMELY accommodating. Was very forth coming in his communications which facilitated the logistics.

Excellent from start to finish! Car arrived in excellent condition and although dirty (in spite of being in an enclosed carrier) I couldn't have been more thrilled- one wash and it was like new again. I was especially happy with the results after reading many "horror stories" on the Internet from other transport carriers. Go with Kate Winters and Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc.- you will be impressed!
