His knowledge of graphic design and programming allowed him to create a CD-ROM of Puerto Rico called "Puerto Rico and its municipalities" containing hundreds of pages of information, pictures and statistics on Puerto Rico and all its municipalities. This CD-ROM was endorsed by the Department of Education and used in Electronic Libraries project as their first source of information for Puerto Rico.
