Mind-Body-Spirit services We were founded in 2009 by Michelle Croze, a seasoned Classroom Teacher in Secondary Education with over 10 years of experience as an educator & 16 years of research & experience in Holistic/Alternative Health. In addition to being a veteran teacher & graduate of Boston College, Michelle is a Shamanic Practitioner & Counselor who graduated from a 3-year core shamanic training program at Spirit Hollow, is a fully qualified Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, Legally Ordained Interfaith Minister who graduated from The Esoteric Theological Seminary School & Life Coach & Medical Intuitive. She strives to make a positive difference, to empower others & to help people feel their very best. She has worked with all ages & backgrounds & strives to make alternative healing services available to everyone.
