I have used ViSalus and I must admit, this is the BEST tasting protein shake EVER!! It is a great system to use. Not only will you have more energy, but by following a clean eating diet and exercising, you WILL lose weight. I stopped using it for a while because I have been traveling a lot and don't have the ability to take it with me, but when I am at home I definitely use it! Do you have a way where you can order it when you want instead of on automatic shipments? I know you can schedule them out as far as you want, but sometimes that is not effective for me depending on my travel schedule.

I have been using Visalus for over a year, and the results I have gotten from it have been better than anything else I have ever tried. Weight Watchers and other programs like that are too much trouble and take the weight off slowly. Other shakes didn't taste anywhere near as good and that didn't make me want to continue using them. The shakes are not the only reason I am using Vi. I love Sam's attitude along with the other people associated with it. She's upbeat and keeps me motivated. ViSalus is not just a health shake. It's a positive and motivated lifestyle. Honestly, that helps even more than using the shakes. I also love the program's realism. People who eat unhealthy don't think twice about spending hundreds of dollars a month on the junk they put in their body. So spending less on something that will get me into a healthy lifestyle is a no brainer.
