When I think of career coaching I think of helping people to "bridge the gap". What is the gap? The gap is the place within us that contains lack of clarity and internal obstacles that hold us back from our dreams. The gap shows up as confusion and blocks us from accessing our inner wisdom, which we know as "answers" for our situations.
