Very good experience here. Very knowledgeable and professional staff that knows their product and their programs (financing, rebates, promotions, etc.). I would strongly recommend Rock to anyone looking for a great dealership experience. Rock has a huge lot full of new and used cars so there are plenty of choices. I recently purchased two vehicles here and both experiences exceeded my expectations. I worked with Jay in sales. Service area is clean and the staff there is very friendly and accommodating. I recently purchased a 2015 Impala 2LZ from Rock Chevrolet. This is my second Impala purchased from that dealership. In my opinion, their terrific Service Department is what keeps people coming back. My current 2015 Impala was purchased with the help and guidance of Jay Phillips in Rock's Sales Department.
